There is no collection service here. The device comes to us tracked and insured through the post, with a courier you book yourself, or in your own hands at reception. Mark the parcel for the attention of Cambridge Data Recovery and slip your name and number inside. From Norwich it is about an hour and twenty on the A11, then two minutes off the A14 at Junction 32.
Is the drive still bolted into a computer, laptop, Mac or server? Out it comes before it travels, and the bare drive is all we want — opening machines up is not something offered here. Flash soldered onto a motherboard, as on Apple Silicon Macs and one or two very thin laptops, is past us.
