The Best Way To Deal With Recovering Data From A Gateway Desktop PC

GATEWAY GT4022:

I have had this computer for several years now, and it has always been reliable before. However, at the beginning of the week it suddenly shut down, and I have not been able to open it back up again. I can see the lights come on, and the motherboard beeps to show that it has come on too. The fans are moving. The only part of the system is not moving is the hard drive. The system does POST, but just before it gets to the BIOS page, this all goes blank, and nothing else appears on the display. The monitor will now say ‘no signal’, and I can’t get any further into the system. I have tried replacing various bits and pieces inside the computer, but it seems as though nothing is working. I need the data which is on the computer, as it is part of a project I was mid-way through completing. I can’t even contemplate losing the information, so I need some data recovery experts to help me through this.

GATEWAY GT4022:

I recently had to have the power box supply inside my Gateway GT4022 replaced with another, and since then I have not been able to get the computer to start up. It won’t even power up as far as the LED light on the front of the power button, which I understand will happen even when the power cable is gone. I have tried a number of fixes, including checking that the main motherboard is connected to the power supply, and that the power socket is clean and not corroded. Nothing seems wrong in the computer itself, but I can’t get it to start up.
